It is a noble art, capable of enchanting the minds of the new millennium, reassuring souls in the middle of the journey and comforting the memory of those who saw its birth. Vermouth is all of this: the meeting between what has been and what could be, new, ancient and artisanal. Federico Ricatto will guide this sensory experience, between the 1930s and today.

The participants will be accompanied in a research project, as was the journey of Ricatto, between traditionally Piedmontese tastes and quality, with all the possible variations of the raw material. Unusual combinations and creativity, combined with the inspiration and experience of Ricatto, will make it possible to produce what most satisfies the senses: the VERMOUTH
