Hands in the dough, indeed... Hands in Curd! Cheesemakers for a day with  Francesco Rabbia Dairy
Cheese making is one of the oldest gastronomic routes developed by man. It is a profession to be safeguarded, a tradition to be handed down, a heritage to be preserved. The Francesco Rabbia Dairy, rooted in the province of Cuneo since 1890, will guide you to discover the secrets of this art. For a day, you too will be cheesemakers!
"Quality is discovered raw" is not a frontal lesson but a real laboratory that involves all the senses. It will be you, with the raw milk made available by the Dairy, to make, under the guidance of expert cheesemakers, fresh tomini to take home and share.
Last but not least, a tasting to discover different milks, cheeses and maturations and each participant will be able to take home three fresh tomini to taste in company.
The entire supply chain of the Francesco Rabbia Dairy will be covered: from the collection of freshly milked milk to the scents of wood resulting from the aging of the cheeses.
